I’m a wife of 25+ years, a mama of 4, and a Mimi of 6 grandsons. My life is deeply rooted in faith, family, and serving others. I’m grateful to serve in New Life Church in Concordia, MO. I’m a certified life coach, podcast host, and the founder of SheHQ. I created SheHQ because I wanted one space to encourage and equip women to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
